Duties

Development of testing strategy and plan;

Testing new functionalities according to the test scenario and test examples;

Close cooperation with the development team during the development of new products and functionality;

Creation of automated tests;

Configuration and administration of the test environment.

Requirements
-
Resident of Luxembourg;
-
Knowledge and experience in business and management
not less than 2 years;
-
Excellent organizational management skills;
-
Management experience in a team-oriented workplace
preferred;

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a goal set
by the Company management;

Demonstrated knowledge of basic economics,
budgeting, and accounting principles and
practices;

Excellent computer skills;
-
Good written and verbal communication skills in
English;

General knowledge of fintech industry;

Evidence of the ability to practice a high level of
confidentiality.
Education and experience
-
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in
business or a departmentally related field;

A minimum of two years of responsible leadership
experiences in management;

Specialized training in sales or project
development preferred.
Responsibilities
-
Manage the overall activities of the Company in the
Luxembourg office;
-
Establish and maintain a good relationship with the
CSSF regulator, banks, service providers and other
partners in Luxembourg;
-
Plan the work and achieve the goals of the Company
in a productive and efficient manner;
-
Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of
business development and sales processes;
-
Make business decisions that are financially
responsible, accountable, justifiable, and
defensible in accordance with the Company policies
and procedures;
-
Establish and maintain relevant controls and
feedback systems to manage company growth;
-
Prepares periodic reports for management, as
necessary or requested, to track business goal
accomplishments;
-
Communicate regularly with other managers,
directors, members of the board, and other
designated contacts within the organization;
-
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as
assigned.
